The Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) has initiated the first phase of development for its Global Logistics Park, marking a significant milestone in air cargo infrastructure. The project includes the construction of an 80,000-square-foot cargo facility on a 4.5-acre aeronautical property. This state-of-the-art facility will feature airside access, dedicated cargo processing space, mezzanine offices, and a minimum of 18 truck docks, ensuring seamless freight handling.
Scheduled for completion in early 2025, this facility aims to accommodate both current and future general air freight needs. CVG’s investment in expanding its logistics capabilities underscores its commitment to becoming a key player in global cargo transportation and bolstering the region’s economic growth.
