The countdown is well and truly underway for the 4NEXT Global Annual General Meeting 2026, taking place in beautiful Cesme, Turkiye from 13–17 September 2026.
Bringing together 4NEXT members, freight forwarders, logistics professionals, importers, exporters and wider supply chain stakeholders from around the world, this year’s AGM has been designed to deliver something that sits at the heart of the 4NEXT philosophy: real business opportunities built through genuine human connections.
Across five days, attendees will have the opportunity to take part in structured one-to-one meetings, networking events, industry discussions, workshops, cultural experiences and social activities – all within the relaxed surroundings of Cesme.
Our event sponsors are as follows :-
- 4NEXT AGM Plantinum Sponsor: Italmondo Group
- Welcome Cocktail Sponsor: ECL Global Logistics
- Network by the Sea Sponsor: BR PARTNERS
- Industry Day Happy Hour Sponsor: Phoenix Global Freight Group
One of the major highlights will once again be our dedicated Industry Day, creating an opportunity for the 4NEXT community to connect directly with businesses involved in international trade and discuss the challenges, opportunities and technologies shaping global logistics.
But the AGM isn’t simply about filling a diary with meetings. It is about creating an environment where relationships can develop naturally – whether that’s during a scheduled one-to-one meeting, over dinner, at the beach or while experiencing some of the culture and history of the region together.
Here we give you an overview, of what attendees expect from AGM 2026…
Day 1 Schedule – Welcome to Cesme
Sunday, 13 September 2026 marks the official arrival day for AGM attendees and the beginning of five days of connection, collaboration and new opportunities.
Following registration and the opportunity to settle into the hotel and reconnect with familiar faces, members will come together for the Welcome Cocktail Reception.
It’s an intentionally relaxed beginning to the AGM.
Before the structured business programme gets underway, the Welcome Cocktail gives members an opportunity to catch up with existing partners, meet newer members of the 4NEXT community and begin conversations with people they may be meeting face-to-face for the first time.
For an international network, these moments matter. Emails, calls and online meetings can establish a business relationship, but meeting someone in person creates a very different level of understanding and trust.
The Welcome Cocktail sets the tone for the days ahead: professional, international and business-focused – but always personal.

Day 2 Schedule – One-to-One Meetings & Business Connections
On Monday, 14 September, the focus moves firmly towards business.
Following the official opening of AGM 2026, members will begin the first of the event’s dedicated one-to-one meeting sessions.
These structured meetings are one of the most valuable elements of the 4NEXT AGM, giving attendees dedicated time to sit down with fellow members, discuss their markets and capabilities, identify potential opportunities and explore how they can work together.
Rather than trying to make meaningful introductions within a crowded exhibition hall, attendees have the opportunity to hold focused conversations with people who understand the realities of international freight forwarding and global supply chains.
The day will also include a workshop session, adding another opportunity to exchange knowledge, ideas and experiences before the second round of one-to-one meetings gets underway.
After a productive day of conversations, the emphasis shifts back towards informal networking, with opportunities to continue discussions in a more relaxed environment during the evening. It’s this combination of structured meetings and informal relationship building that makes the AGM experience different. Some opportunities begin around a meeting table; others develop over a coffee, a drink or dinner later that evening.

Day 3 Schedule – Experiences, Team Building & Networking by the Sea
Business relationships aren’t built through meetings alone.
That’s why Tuesday, 15 September has been designed to create space for members to spend time together away from the traditional meeting environment.
The day includes an exclusive Ambassadors Breakfast, alongside free time for members, before the community comes together for an afternoon featuring a cultural experience and team-building activity.
These shared experiences form an important part of the AGM. They give attendees the opportunity to get to know one another beyond job titles, company names and freight enquiries.
When people have the chance to communicate more naturally, stronger relationships can develop – and those relationships can ultimately make doing business together easier.
As the afternoon draws to a close, attendees will prepare for another of the standout experiences of AGM 2026: Networking by the Sea at Momo Beach.
Combining the atmosphere of the Çeşme coastline with the international 4NEXT community, the evening provides another opportunity to continue conversations, strengthen relationships and enjoy the social side of being part of a truly global network.
There will even be an opportunity to continue the evening with a Game Night at the hotel.
It’s a day that captures an important part of what 4NEXT represents: business is important, but the relationships behind that business matter just as much.

Day 4 Schedule – 4NEXT Industry Day, Innovation & Gala Dinner
Wednesday, 16 September will be one of the biggest days of AGM 2026 as we welcome the wider international trade and logistics community for the dedicated 4NEXT Industry Day. Industry Day expands the conversation beyond the network itself, bringing 4NEXT members together with importers, exporters and other global supply chain stakeholders.
The programme will begin with opening speeches and keynote contributions before moving into a panel discussion focused on new technologies in logistics. From automation and data to artificial intelligence, digital platforms and smarter ways of managing international supply chains. The session will provide an opportunity to explore these developments and discuss what they could mean for businesses operating across the sector.
The afternoon then returns to what 4NEXT does best: bringing the right people together for meaningful one-to-one conversations. A dedicated Industry Day one-to-one session will allow participants to connect directly, explore requirements and capabilities, discuss new trade opportunities and potentially identify the foundations of future partnerships. This direct interaction between freight forwarders and the businesses buying, selling and moving goods internationally is a major part of the 4NEXT vision.
Rather than networking existing purely within the logistics industry, Industry Day brings together people who need logistics solutions together with the professionals capable of delivering them.
To conclude the day – AGM attendees will come together for the prestigious 4NEXT Global Gala & Awards Dinner, exclusively for members and sponsors. It will provide an opportunity to celebrate the community, recognise achievements and enjoy one final major evening together.

Day 5 Schedule – Culture, History & One Last Shared Experience
Following four busy days of meetings, discussions, introductions and networking, Thursday, 17 September brings AGM 2026 to a close.
But for those who aren’t quite ready for the experience to end, there is one more opportunity to spend time together.
Attendees will have the option of joining a guided trip to Ephesus and the House of the Virgin Mary, offering the chance to experience two of the region’s most important historic and cultural destinations.
It’s a fitting conclusion to an event designed to combine international business with memorable shared experiences.
After days spent developing professional relationships, the final trip gives members another opportunity to enjoy each other’s company before beginning their journeys home – hopefully with new friendships, stronger partnerships and plenty of new business opportunities to follow up.

More Than Your Typical Networking Event
The 4NEXT Global Annual General Meeting 2026 represents much more than a series of scheduled meetings.
It is about bringing an international logistics community together in one place and giving people the time and environment they need to build genuine relationships.
From structured one-to-one meetings and Industry Day discussions to workshops, dinners, cultural activities and conversations by the sea, every part of the AGM creates another opportunity to connect.
For existing members, it’s a chance to strengthen the partnerships already developing across the network.
For newer members, it’s an opportunity to become fully immersed in the 4NEXT community and build relationships with experienced logistics professionals from markets around the world.
And through Industry Day, attendees can extend those conversations even further – connecting freight forwarding expertise directly with importers, exporters and businesses involved in international trade.
In an industry built on moving goods across countries, continents and time zones, trust remains one of the most valuable things we can build.
That is exactly what the 4NEXT AGM is designed to create.
